Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving the product in an unused state,  in the original box, and with all the items that came with it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where we cannot offer a refund:

  • A product with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, one which is damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The packaging is damaged or parts from are missing
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • The same rules apply to Exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@labextrade.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, unfortunately.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at support@labextrade.com and then ship your item to Labex Trade Ltd. (attn. Yordan Spasov) 59, Sankt Peterburg Bul., Plovdiv, Plovdiv 4017, Bulgaria. The same rules apply to the Returns section.

Shipping

To return your product, you should ship your product to Labex Trade Ltd. (attn. Yordan Spasov) 59, Sankt Peterburg Bul., Plovdiv, Plovdiv 4017, Bulgaria.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the shipping time for your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
